CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING COMPROMISE
OF AN ACTION, ARATA VS. CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND ACQUISITION
OF CERTAIN EASEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
The City Attorney of the City of South San Francisco
is hereby authorized to compromise the action entitled "Arata
vs. City of South San Francisco" and execute an agreement
therefor, all as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto.

regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
