RESOLUTION NO. 6141
CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION REGARDING SIGNATURES
AUTHORIZED FOR CHECKS AND WARRANTS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The Council hereby prescribes the following methods
for drawing warrants and checks:
A. The Acting City Manager - Director of Finance, now
Edward G. Alario, and the Accounting Technician, now.
Louise Coleman, are authorized to draw warrants and
checks with the proviso that one of said authorized
persons shall affix his signature manually to each
warrant or check and the other signature may be
affixed by plate or other mechnical means.
B. The Acting City Manager - Director of Finance shall
file an official bond in the sum of Seven Hundred
Fifty Thousand ($750,000) Dollars, and the Accounting
Technician in the sum of Five Hundred Thousand
($500,000) Dollars.
2. On and after August 1, 1@73, when the plates or other
mechanical means for affixing the signatures of the Acting City
Manager - Director of Finance and the Accounting Technician
have been provided, and the bond as hereinbefore prescribed
has been filed, the aforegoing method for drawing warrants
and checks shall be effective and until that date checks and
warrants shall be issued over the signatures presently author-
ized.

regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
