CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION VACATING A STORM
DRAINAGE EASEMENT - CABOT, CABOT
& FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 2.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
WHEREAS, a storm drainage easement was dedicated to the
City of South San Francisco by a certain subdivision map
entitled4 "Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Industrial Park Unit No. 2,
South San Francisco, California, filed in the official records
of San Mateo County on October 10, 1969, in Volume 70 of Maps
at Pages 9 and 10, and
WHEREAS, said storm drainage easement, as hereinafter
described, has not been used for the purposes for which it
was dedicated or acquired, nor in fact was said portion of
the easement ever used after said dedication and is not
presently nor will said portion of the easement be necessary
for public purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The said storm drainage easement which is more par-
ticularly described as follows, be vacated and abandoned:
Easements for storm drainage purposes, in, on, along,
over or under those certain strips of land situate
in the City of'South San Francisco, County of San
Mateo, State of California, shown lying within Lots
9 and 10 in Block 2 of the map entitled "CABOT, CABOT
& FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 2, SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO, SAN MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA," recorded
on October 10, 1969 in Volume 70 of Maps at Pages
12 through 15, San Mateo County Records, and said
strips of land being all of the strips of land or
easements shown on said map within said Lots 9 and
10, that are designated "15' S.D.E." (15 foot storm
drainage easement), comprising a strip along the
easterly line of Lot 9, a strip near to the south-
westerly line of Lot 9, and a strip near to the southerly
line of Lot 10.
2. Said vacation and abandonment shall not release,
vacate or abandon any other easements granted or in use.
3. The City Clerk record the required documents to
clear said easement from the record title.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at an ad.iourned re,qu~ar
meeting held on the 24th day of July
19 75, by the following vote:
