CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF
SAN MATEO FOR ACQUISITION OF TAX
DEEDED~'P~RCELS'"'WILLOW ~G~RDENS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The City Council authorizes the purchase of the
parcels ~set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part
hereof, the same having been deeded to the State of California
for nonpayment of delinquent taxes.
2. The City Council authorizes the execution of an
agreement with the Board of Supervisors of the County of San
Mateo, State of California, entitled "Agreement to Purchase
Tax Deeded Lands."
3. The City Council authorizes the Mayor of the City
,
of South San Francisco to execute said agreement on behalf of
the City of South San Francisco and the City Clerk attach his
signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
adjourned
