A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT ACCEPTING
A GRANT DEED FROM BETHLEHEM STEEL COMPANY
· AND..AUTHORiZINGRECORDATI, ON.· .........
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the South
San Francisco Recreation and Park District that:
1. The grant deed made by Bethlehem Steel Company, a
Pennsylvania Corporation, dated April 26, 1963, conveying to
the South San Francisco Recreation and Park District, a Recre-
ation and Park District reorganized and existing under the
provisions of Chapter 4, Division 5, of the California Public
Resources Code, the real property therein described, is hereby
accepted by the Board of Directors of said District, the saBe
being the members of the City Council of the City of South'
San Francisco.
2.. The Secretary of the South San Francisco Recreation
and Park District, the same being the City Clerk of the City
of South San Francisco, is hereby authorized to record or
cause recordation of said grant deed in the official records
of the County of San Mateo.
