CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH TENANTS RELOCATED
DUE TO THE LINDEN AVENUE BRIDGE PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to execute an agreement with the following
providing for release of any and all claims against the
City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, and/or
its elected and appointive officers, agents and employees
based on the considerations recited in each of the several
agreements:
1. Lowell S. Simon and Lillian Simon, dba Ace
Metals Company.
2. Frank Vigil, dba Baber-Triggs Radiator Service.
3. John Roebuck, dba A-1 Polishing.
4. Jack Bishop, dba Battery Sales and Processing
Company.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a
