CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AGREEMENTS WITH CERTAIN PROPERTY
OWNERS - ADJACENT TO VALVERDE SLOPE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to execute an agreement with the following
providing for a release of any and all claims of certain
property owners against the City, its elective and appoint-
ive officers, agents and employees based on the consideration
recited in said agreement:
Mr. and Mrs. Gary W. Fairchild
Mr. and Mrs. Stanley G. Barras
Mr. and Mrs. William Reich
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a
meeting held on the 29th day of
