A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REIMBURSEMENT OF
COSTS ADVANCED AND PAYMENT OF ADDITIONAL
ACTUAL COSTS
ANTOINETTE LANE STREET OPENING PROJECT
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the C~ty of South San
Francisco; California, that
WHEREAS, the actual cost of installation of the water system,
including fire hydrants, in proceedings being conducted by this
Council pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 5697 adopted on
October 18, 1971, is $12,438.52, and said water system has been
legally included in said proceedings and the work has been duly
accomplished in a manner satisfactory to the California Water
Service Company; and
WHEREAS, the amount of $8,760.00 has been heretofore advanced
by the Charterhouse Development Company to the California Water
Service Company;
NOW~ THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That the amount of $8,760.00 heretofore advanced by
Charterhouse Development Company as a deposit for accomplishing
the installation of the water system is hereby ordered reimbursed
to said Company from the construction fund for said project estab-
lished pursuant to said Resolution of Intention.
2. That the amount of $3,678.52, being the difference
between the actual cost of $12,438.52 and the $8,760.00 advanced
by said Charterhouse Development Company, be paid to California
Water Service Company from the construction fund for said project
established pursuant to said Resolution of Intention.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regular~'y introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held this 4th day of September, 1973, by the following vote:
