HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 6171-1973 RESOLUTION NO. 6171 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO CITY EMPLOYEES/JOINT COUNCIL/MARINE ENGINEERS BENEFICIAL ASSOCIATION/AMERICAN FEDERATION OF STATE, COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES, LOCAL 1569, AFL-CI0, FOR UNIT 3 AND UNIT 4. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the Memorandum of Understanding for fiscal years 1973-74 and 1974-75 with South San Francisco City Employees/Joint Council/Marine Engineers Beneficial Association/American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, Local 1569, AFL-CI0 for Unit 3 and Unit 4, having been entered into between the employer repre- sentatives and employee representatives and having been duly considered by the Council, the Council does hereby approve the following: 1. The Memorandum of Understanding for fiscal years 1973-74 and 1974-75 for Unit 3 and Unit 4, dated Se0tember 5. 1973 , a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
