CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR COLMA cREEK FLOOD PLAIN LEVEE
AND STATION #1 EARTH PLATFORM FOR
WELLS 2, 14' AND 19.
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and .published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the, 6th day of .~,~nr , 19 7..5
for the work to be cone and the improvement to be made as
described and specified:
Colma Creek Flood Plain Levee and Station #1 Earth
Platform for Wells 2, 14 and 19.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment neces, sary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, a~t the unzt
prices named in their bid to wit:
Arthur "Buzz" Haskins
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 17th day of September , 19 73 ,
by the following vote:
