A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUIT-
CLAIM DEED FROM UTAH CONSTRUC-
TION $ MINING COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the quit-
claim deed from Utah Construction $ Mining Company, dated
the 31st day of March , 19 7~ quitclaiming to
City parcels I, II and III as therein described, is hereby
accepted, and the City Clerk be and he hereby is authorized
to record or cause recordation of said quit claim deed in
the official records of the County of San Mateo.
