A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN THE
EAST GRAND AVENUE CROSSING E-10,
4-C INSTALLATION OF CANTILEVER
FLASHING LIGHT SIGNALS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The City shall participate in the installation of
cantilever flashing light signals at the East Grand Avenue
Crossing No. E-10, 4-C in the City of South San Francisco, to
the extent of $17,125.00 with Southern Pacific Transportation
Company, whose contribution shall also be $17,125.00.
2. The City Manager be and he hereby, is authorized to
enter into any agreements necessary for 6arrying out said
improvement.
8. The City Manager be and he hereby is authorized to
proceed before the Public Utilities Commission of the State
of California for reimbursement of a portion of the City's
contribution estimated to be $8,600.00.
