CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE
OF COMMON GREENS IN THE WILLOW GARDENS
PARKS AN'D:PARK'WAYS'MAI'NT'E'N'ANCE DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
The City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to
acCept for maintenance the common greens in the Willow Gardens
Parks and Parkways Maintenance District upon the completion
of the replacement of certain plant material and other refur-
bishing work, or the obtaining of security therefor; and
The City Manager is further authorized to enter into
any necessary agreement~ or do any necessary acts to carry
out the provisions of this resolution.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of SOuth San Francisco at an r.e~,u~r
