CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION REGARDING
FINANCIAL FEASIBILITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO HOUSING AUTHORITY PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the iCity Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Council authorizes an advance 'of a sum
not to exceed Five thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars per year for a
period not to exceed five (5) years to meet the HUD required
financial feasibility for Project No. 15-B, said sums to be
advanced annually by the City Manager upon a showing that:
1. There is a need for said funds; and
2. The rental and other incomes, including
annual contribution for interest and
maintenance,are to the standards per-
mitted by HUD regulations.
I hereby certify that the foregoing ReSolution was
regularly introduced and adopt.ed by the. City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held
