CITY COUNCIL, cITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO~ STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN OFF~ i .
IN THE CALEGARI ACQUISITION (LINDEN
AVENUE BRIDGE PROJECT) AND RELATED
MATTERS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. The city Attorney be and he hereby is authorized
to offer the sum of Eighty-five thousand two hundred thirty
($85,.230.00) dollars in settlement of the eminent domain
action entitled "City of South San Francisco vs. William
Calegari, et al, No. 178937, San Mateo County" filed October
2, 19~73, and execute any and all documents necessary therefor,
including but not limited to agreements, stipulated judgment
and escrow instructions, and record or cause recordation of
said judgment, deed or other document in the official records
of the County of San Mateo, conveying the fee to the property
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto to the City of South
San Francisco, free and clear of liens, taxes and encumbrances
except those accepted by City.
2. The Council authorizes the payment of Twenty-five
hundred ($2500.00) dollars to Mr. Bruno Scopesi, real estate
agent.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco at a re§u~ar meeting held on the
15th day of 0ctobe~ , 19~73, by the following vote:
