CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR STATE ADMINISTRA-
TION OF LOCAL SALES AND USE TAXES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that said City contract with the State Board
of Equalization in the form agreement entitled, "Agreement
for State Administration of Local Sales and Use Taxes"
(BT-52? Rev 4 (8-?3)) for the performance of all functions
incidental to the administration of City Ordinance No. 655
passed the 12th day of November, 19 73, designated as the
Uniform Local Sales and Use Tax Ordinance of the City of
South San Francisco, as amended.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City be
and he is hereby authorized to execute said agreement on
behalf of the City and City Clerk attest his signature
thereto.
