CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRANS-
PORTATION COMPANY CROSSING, PUC NO.EM 12.0
BADEN (ORANGE AVENUE RAILROAD CROSSING)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized to execute the agreement with Southern Pacific
Transportation Company for the improvement of the grade crossing
and protective devices at the crossing of Orange Avenue over tracks
and property of the Railroad at or near South San Francisco, in the
County of San Mateo, State of California (Crossing No. EM-12.0)
on the terms and conditions as described in said agreement.
I hereby certify that the foregong Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco at a re.qu~ar meeting held on the 19th
day of November , 1973, by the following vote:
