A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
REPOWERING A 19 49 AMERICAN LA FRANCE
AERIAL REGISTER NUMBER L-3833.
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and pub-
lished notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and
declared on the 7%h day of NoYember , 19 73 for:
Repowering a 1949 American La France Aerial
Register Number L-3833.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows'
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and
hereby ~awards the contract to the lowest responsible bidder,
American La France
for the b±d pr±ce of $10,458.00- .
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby author-
ized to make and enter into a written contract with said suc-
cessful bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby
directed to attest his signature and affix thereto the cor-
porate seal of the City.
I hereby certify .that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 19th day of November ,
