CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
ONE (1) GAS CHROMATOGRAPH AND
ONE (1) INFRA-RED SPECTROPHOTOMETER
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and pub-
lished notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and
declared on the 19th day of November , 19 73 for:
ONE (1) GAS CHROMATOGRAPH AND
ONE (1) INFRA-RED SPECTROPHOTOMETER
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and
hereby ~awards the contract to the lowest responsible bidder,

for the bid price of
~15,944.00
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby author-
ized to make and enter into a written contract with said suc-
cessful bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby
directed to attest his signature and affix thereto the cor-
porate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a re~qular
meeting held on the 19th day of November
19 73 , by the following vote:
