A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF LEASE RENEWAL WITH STATE DEPART-
MENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, DIVISION OF
HIGHWAYS (COLMA CREEK).
BE. IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that execution of the lease renewal by the State
of California, Department of Transportation, lessor, and the
City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, lessee,
wherein provision is made for the renewal of a.lease identified
as Account No. 0000151-001-01 (formerly designated Account No.
35-001-006) covering land in the County of San Mateo, State
of California, commonly known as west side of Airport Boulevard
at Colma Creek, South San Francisco,. California, and more
particularly described in the lease referred to in said lease
renewal as the lease dated the 13th day of January, 1965, is
hereby authorized and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
to execute said lease renewal on behalf of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on t~e 17th day of December , 1973,
by the following vote:

WHEREAS, it is mutually desired and agreed to extend the lease for
a fur.ther period of time.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby mutually agreed to extend the term of
~aid lease for a period of One (1) x~kq~k./years commencing on the 1st
---day of ~eb.ruary , 1974' and ending on the 31st day of
January , 19 75 , under the same terms, convenants and
conditions contained in said lease, except as modified by this instrument
which said terms, convenants and conditions are by this reference incor-

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
