A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF
AN INGRESS-EGRESS EASEMENT'GRANT BY
UNION CARBIDE CORPORATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
. ·
South San Francisco that the Grant. of Ingress-Egress Easement
from Union Carbide Corporation (formerly Union Carbide and
Carbon Corporation), a New York Corporation, dated November
28, 1978, in that certain parcel of real property described
in said easement on the terms and conditions therein contained,
is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is authorized to record
or cause recordation of said easement in the official records
of San Mateo County.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
