CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
FOR PUBLIC ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY (CABOT,
CABOT & FORBES CALIFORNIA PROPERTIES, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Fran.cisco that the grant deed made April 28, 1972, by
Cabot, Cabot $ Forbes California Properties, Inc., a Delaware
corporation, to the City of South San Francisco, granting a
public road right-of-way over the parcel therein described,
is hereby accepted and the City Clerk be and he is hereby
'authorized to record or cause recordation thereof in the
Official Records of San Mateo County.
