HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 6229-1973 RESOLUTION NO. 6229 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXPENDITURE FOR A HEALTH FACILITY -- OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE HEALTH CENTER BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the Council having considered the request of Our Lady of Guadalupe Health Center for a Six Thousand Dollars(S6,000.00) appropriation to provide a health facility to provide capacity for service to patients originating from South San Francisco, now estimated to be 12.58%, and the availability of revenue sharing funds for said purposes, does hereby order as follows: 1. That the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to issue or cause to be issued a warrant in the sum of Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00) to Our Lady of Guadalupe Health Center for a health facility to provide capacity for service to patients originating from South San Francisco, now estimated to be 12.58%. 2. That the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to transfer the sum of Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00) from unappropriated reserves to meet the immediate demands of said warrant. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a re§u~ar meeting held on the 17th day of December , 1973, by the following vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E. Ahern, William A. Borba, F. Frank Mammini, Terrf J. Mi rri and Warren Steinkamp . None NOES, ABSENT, " None ATTEST:
