CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND PROVIDING FOR
THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR GRANT TO
ACQUIRE AND/OR DEVELOP LAND FOR OPEN-
SPACE PURPOSES NO. OS-CA-0@-39-1145(G)
BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, AND
THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, a municipal corporation, as follows:
Section 1. The pending proposed Contract for Grant to
Acquire And/Or Develop Land for Open-Space Purposes No.
OS-CA-0@-39-1145(G) is hereby in all respects approved.
Section 2. The City Manager of the City of South San
Francisco, a municipal corporation, is hereby authorized and
directed to execute Contract No. OS-CA-09-39-1145(G) in
two (2) counterparts on behalf of the City of South San
Francis co, a municipal corporation, and the City Clerk is
hereby authorized and directed to impress and attest the
official seal of the Public Body on each such counterpart
and to forward such counterparts to the Department of Housing
and Urban Development, for execution on behalf of the Govern-
ment together with such other documents relative to the
approval and execution of such counterparts as may be
required by the Government.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immedi-
ate ly.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 17th day of D~cember ,
19 73 , by the following vote:
