BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco. that the City Manager be and he hereby is authorized to execute .an agreement between Suy:=E.Atkinson Company of California, a California corporation, and the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, for the parcel designated as 8.506-+ acres described as parcel No.1 in Title Insurance and Trust Company Preliminary Report No. 420975-SSF, dated November 29, 1973, which, authorization supplements the authorization previously made in Resolution No. 6228 passed the 17th day of December , 1973_. Pursuant 'to Sect.ion 1773 of the Labor COde of tl~e State of California, the City of South San Pranci'sco, on February 23, 1.9.73, did publish a list of prevailing rate of wages in the l!nterprise-Journal, a local, newspaper. Said list of prevailing rate of wages is also on file with the l)i. rcctor of Finance and 'is incorporated herein by reference hereto, the same as if set forth in full-herein. For any classification not shown in the list for prevailing r,qte of wages, for any rate of wages-changed subsequent to the publishing of the list, the minimum wage shall be the general prevailing Union Rate established for San Mateo County. , The rates for legal holidays and overtime work., al'lowances for vacations, pensions, health and welfare, shall be in accordance w.ith the local, trade agreements in effect at the time of awarding of the public works contract. :..' The Contractor shall obtain a copy of said published list of Prevailing Rate of Wages from Office of 'Finance of the City of South San Francisco and post it at the job site.
