A RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM
OF UNDERSTANDING, PROPOSAL C,
WITH THE SOUTH. SAN FRANCISCO POLICE
ASSOCIATI~0N FOR UNIT 5'.
BE IT RESOLVED by the .City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Memorandum of Understanding,~ Proposal C,
for fiscal years 1973-74 and 1974-75 with the South San Francisco
Police Association for Unit 5, having been entered into between
the employer representatives and employee representatives and
having been duly considered by the Council, the Council does
hereby approve said Memorandum of Understanding, Proposal C,
for fiscal years 1973-7~ and 197~-75, a copy of which is
is attached hereto as Exhibit "A."
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution w,as
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at an adjourned regular meeting
held on the 27Th day of December 19 75 by the
