A I~SOLUTION OF A%~RD OF CONTRACT
FOR HEATING, AIR CONDITIONING AND
VENTILATION - CITY HALL 3RD FLOOR
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Cifiy of South
San Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were 'publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 12,h day of December , 19 73
for the work to be done and the improvement to be made as
described and specified:
Heating, Air Conditioning and Ventilation - City Hall 3rd
Floor
NOW, THEt'~FORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1o That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsibl~ bidder, at the unit
prices named in their bid to wit:.
Valley Sheet Metal, 161 Starl ite St., South San Francisco
2. That the Mayor of said City' is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk 'of said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South san Francisco at a reqular meeting
held on the 7,h day of 'January , 1974 ,
