CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE ENVIRONMENTAL
TECHNICAL COORDINATING COMMITTEE -- SAN
.FRANCISCO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT EXPANSION
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of South San
Francisco in Resolution No. 6196 on November 5, 1973, pro-
posed the formation of an Environmental Technical Coordin-
ating Committee to carry on certain functions prior to
adoption of the Environmental Impact Report fop San Fran-
cisco International Airport expansion plans; and
WHEREAS, Council is of the opinion that the Environ-
mental Technical Coordinating Committee may now properly
serve to review any major decision regarding development of
the San Francisco International Airport and thereby accom-
plish the substance of the objectives originally proposed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco that:

1. The Council recommends the formation of the '
Environmental Technical Coordinating Committee as proposed
in Resolution No. 6196 passed November 5, 1973.
2. That the functions of the Committee be carried
out by the Airport Land Use Commission staff and the San
Francisco International Airport staff, with provision'for
participation by the staff of the City of SoUth San Francisco
and its Airport Consultant.
3. That the City Clerk be and he is hereby author-
ized to send a copy of this Resolution to the Airport Land
Use Commission of the County of San Mateo, The San Fran-
cisco International Airport, the'Board of Supervisors of
the City and County of San Francisco and the Board of
Supervisors of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a
