CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,. STATE'OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT
DEED FROM THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO
FOR SANITARY SEWER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED bY. the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the easement deed dated December
18, 1978, executed by the County of San Mateo to the City
of South San Francisco over the parcel therein described
for sanitary sewer purposes, is hereby accepted, and the
City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation
thereof in the official meeords of the County of San Mateo.
