CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FILING OF
CLAIMS FOR EXEMPTION IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE MC ATEER-PETRIS ACT, AS
AMENDED.
Be it RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco, that the City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to file the necessary claims of exemption with the
San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission for
projects and projects involving further fill, all as set forth
in the notice to the City of South San Francisco attached to
the letter dated December 28, 1973, from the San Francisco Bay
Conservation and Development Commission signed by Mr. Charles
R. Roberts, Executive Director.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a ~ula~ meeting held
on the 2.1stday of January , 197~, by the following vote:
