CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THAT THE BOARD
OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO
ADOPT THE FINAL REPORT FOR THE SAN MATEO
WATER QUALITY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco, San Mateo County, California, that
WHEREAS, the sewering agencies in the County of
San Mateo, in conjunction with the County of San Mateo
and the Steering Committee appointed for the purpose, have
caused a Final Report for i;he San Mateo County Water Quality
Management Program to be prepared;
WHEREAS, said Final Report is intended to bel of
assistance to the Board of Supervisors and to the members
of the governing bodies of each participating agency in
the County as a part of the effort to plan and implement
a water quality management program for the County which
best meets the needs for adequate protection and enhance-
ment of the water environment in the County; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has caused the Final
Report to be reviewed and has determined that the public
interest and necessity will be served by accepting the
recommendations contained in the report affecting this
District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco hereby recommends
that the County of San Mateo adopt and approve the Final
Report for 'the San Mateo Water Quality Management Program
as said report affects the City of South San Francisco.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be,
and he is hereby, ordered and directed to forward a certified
copy of this Resolution to the Board of Supervisors of the
County of San Mateo.

regularly introduced aaud adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a Re§u~ar
meeting held on the 4,h day of February ,
