A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
90 FOOT AERIAL PLATFORM LADDER TRUCK
FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and Pub-
lished notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and
declared on the ~8,h day of January , 19 74 'for:
90 FOOT AERIAL PLATFORM LADDER TRUCK FOR THE
FIRE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby rejec-t all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and
hereby awards the contr.act to the lowest responsible biddeP,

2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby author-
ized to make and enter into a written contract with said suc-
cessful bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby
directed to attest his signature and affix thereto the
porate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that .the foregoing Resolution was

the City of South San Francisco at a Regular
