CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO PACIFIC
GAS $ ELECTRIC COMPANY (SOUTH AIRPORT
BLVD. BETWEEN UTAH AND'PRODUCE AVE.)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that execution of a deed of conveyance
to the Pacific Gas g Electric Company, a California corpora-
tion, for tho~e certain underground electric distribution
facilities now installed on or adjacent to g~antor's 'premises
in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Marco,
State of California in the locations shown and delineated
upon the plat entitled "Sub-Structures installed by City of
South San Francisco's contractor and deeded to Pacific Gas
and Electric Company, South Airport Blvd. between Utah and
Produce Ave. South San Francisco Inc.", Drawing No. 3-448 SM,
dated 1-9-73, and attached to said deed, is hereby authorized,
and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of South San Francisco
are authorized to execute said deed of conveyance on behalf
of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting.
