CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEEMENT FOR DESIGN AND
CONSTRUCTION OF SPRUCE AVENUE BRIDGE
AND RELATED WORK.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that execution of an agreement entitled,
"Agreement for Design and Construction of Spruce Avenue
Bridge and Related Work" between the City of South San
Francisco, a municipal corporation, the County of San
Mateo, apolitieaI subdivision of the State of California,
and the San Mateo County Flood Control District, a public
corporation, is hereby authorized, and the ~ity Manager

is authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the .
City, and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a specia~
meeting held on the 25th day of February , 1974,
