A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR FIRE HOSE -'
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to 'previous authorization and pub-
lished notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and
declared on the 8th day of February ~ 19 74 foP: "
FIRE HO'SE
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said
p~oposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and
hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible bidder,
L.N. Curtis & SOns
for the bid price of
$~',998.00
2. That the City Manager of said City is-hereby ~uthor-
ized to make and enter into a written contract with said suc-
cessful bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby
directed to attest his signature and affix thereto the cor-
porate seal of the city.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
~egularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a
