A RESOLUTION OF AWARD 'OF CONTRACT ·
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francis co that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and pub,
lished nOtice, bids were publicly oPened~ examined and
declared on the %th day of March , 19 ?k for:

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That Said Council does hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and
hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible bidder,

for the bid price of $11,6~0.O0
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby author-
ized to make and enter into a written contract with said suc-
cessful bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby
directed to attest his signature and affix thereto-the cor-
porate seal of the City.

regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South Sam Francisco at a regular
