CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH. SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR
COMMUNICATIONS TRANSMITTER. BUILDING
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and pub-
lished notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and
· declared on the ~st day of March , 19 74 for.:
COMMUNICATIONS TRANSMITTER BUILDING
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of .said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and
hereby awards the contract to .the lowest responsible bidder,
S & 0 Construction Co. of South San Francisco
for the bid price of
$59,25.1.00
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby author-
ized to make and enter into a written contract with said sue-
eessful bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby
directed to attest his signature and affix thereto the cor-
porate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
