A RESOLUTION EXERCISING RENEWAL
OPTION -- BAY PEST CONTROL OF SAN
MATEO COUNTY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that the Council hereby exercises
the renewal option set forth in special provision 14
of the Rodent Control Program dated March 28, 1973, said
renewal option to be for a period of three (3) years, at
the rate of $3,873.50 per year, and the City Manager be
and he is hereby authorized to give notice of the exercise
of said option of renewal and execute any and all agree-
ments or other necessary documents to effect same.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 4th day of March
197q, by the following vote:
