CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE
OF A DEED FOR COMMON GREEN PARCELS
IN GREENVIEW COMMONS, EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT AND RELATED MATTERS·
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The City Clerk be, and he is hereby authorized to
accept delivery and record or cause recordation of the deed from
Great Western Savings and Loan Association, a corporation, formerly
First Savings and Loan Association, to the City of South San
Francisco, a municipal corporation, for Lots 21, 38, 49 and 64
and Parcels "A" through "J" inclusive in Block 23 as shown on
that certain map entitled "Westborough Unit No. 3-A, South San
Francisco, San Mateo County, California," filed in the office
of the County Recorder of San Mateo County on June 28, 1965, in
Volume 62 of Maps at pages 32 and 33, a copy of the deed for
which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, said acceptance and
recordation to occur concurrently with the recordation of the
Agreement - Subdivision Improvements and Common Greens, Greenview
Commons - Westborough 3A, the condition of title to be free and
clear of all liens, taxes and encumbrances except those accepted
by City, said condition of title to be assured by a standard
title insurance policy in the sum of Thirty Thousand
Dollars ($ 30,000.00 ), proVided at the cost and expense of
the Grantor.
2. Execution of the Agreement entitled, "Subdivision
Improvements and Common Greens, Greenview Commons - Westborough
3A," is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized to execute
said Agreement on behalf of the City and City Clerk attest his
signature thereto, same to be recorded concurrently with the
recordation of the deed.
3. The City Attorney and City Clerk be, and they are
hereby authorized to issue escrow instructions if necessary and
execute other documents and do any other acts necessary to carry
out the provisions of this Resolution.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 4th day of March ,
