CITY COUNCIL,CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WEST PARK
3-C COMMON GREENS, BLOCK 10 -
LOT 44, AND BLOCK 12 .- LOT 1159'.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that:
1. The Council having received the recommendation of
the Administrative Staff contained in an inter-office memo-
randum dated February 27, 1974, advising that the common
green areas in West Park 3-C (Block 10 - Lot 44, and Block
12 - Lot 159) are completed, having been constructed per
the approved plan and specifications does hereby accept said
improvements.
2. The Director of Parks $ Recreation is hereby
authorized to file a notice of completion with the County
Recorder's office and a copy thereof with the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 4th day of March , 1974, by
the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E. Ahern, William A, Borba, F, Frank Mammini,
Terry J. Mirri, Warren Steinkamp
