CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF AN
AMENDMENT TO AB 2119
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ~of the City
of South San Francisco that:
1. The following amendment be included in AB
2119: "the term 'injury' includes (hernia), pneumonia
and heart trouble which develops and manifests itself
during a period while such member is in the Service of
such office, staff, department or unit, or on leave of
absence for illness or physical.disability~at the time
of such manifestation."
2. That the City Clerk send a copy of this
Resolution to the following:~
a. The Senate Public Employees and
Retirement Committee;

b. Senator Arlen Gregorio
c. Assemblyman Louis J. Papan
d. Assemblyman Dixon Arnett
e. League of California Cities.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
·
of the City ~of South San Francisco at a regular meet-
ing held on the 18th day of March ,1974, by the
following vote:
