RESOLUTION NO. 59-74
A RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 2 OF RESOLUTION NO. 37-74
ENTITLED "A RESOLUTION REQUESTING CONSOLIDATION OF ELECTION
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO"
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, as follows:
1. That Section 2 of Resolution No. 37-74, cited in the
title above, is amended by adding thereto the following paragraph:
"Said proposition will be represented on the ballot by
the following ballot label:
PROPOSITION: Shall the City of South
San Francisco incur a
bonded indebtedness in
the amount of $4,500,000 for the purpose of
constructing a public safety complex to house
the police and fire departments for the City?"
2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file with
the Board of Supervisors and the County Clerk of the County of
San Mateo certified copies of this Resolution prior to March 22,
1974.
