A RESOLUTITON AUTHORIZING BUDGET
TRANSFER - KEITH FAZACKERLEY
CASE NO. 18053?
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that in compliance with the decision
in the matter entitled "Fazackerley v. City of South San
Francisco", Case No. 18053.7, that the sum of Six Thousand
($6,000.00) Dollars be transferred from the Unappropriated
Reserve to ACcount No. 10-4323-501-14, and the City Manager
execute a check in said sum as directed by the Court.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a requ~ar
meeting held on the ~st day of April ,1974,
by the following vote:
