CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE
OF A GRANT DEED OR DEEDS FROM ROY
UCCELLI AND EMILY UCCELLI, HIS WIFE,
AS JOINT TENANTS, AND RELATED
MATTERS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City.Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. The City Manager be and he is hereby authorized
to deposit in escrow the sum of Ninety Thousand--~
Dollars ($90,000.00) for the acquisition by grant deed of
the parcel or parcels described in Exhibit A attached hereto,
and subject to the terms, conditions and exceptions set forth
in Exhibit B.
2. The City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to
accept a grant deed to said parcel or parcels described in
Exhibit A attached hereto and subject to the terms, conditions
and exceptions described in Exhibit B,. and record same or
cause same to be recorded in the official records of the County
of San Mateo.
3. The City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized
to issue escrow instructions to carry out the terms of this
Resolution and the terms of the option executed pursuant to
Resolution No. 75_74 , passed the 4th day of'Feb~y ,
1974.

GRANT DEED
hereby GRANTS to the CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, a municipal corporation of the
State of California, 'all that real property situate in the City of South San
Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, described as follows-
Lot Number Seven (7) in Grand Avenue Extension, Number three Tract and
is a part of parcel "E" Grand Avenue Extension Burl Burl Rancho for
P.E. Iler, in the County of San Mateo, California and being more
particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the point on theNortherly line of Grand Avenue, Extension
in the City of South San Francisco, said point being distant South 53°
15' West 5.21 feet North 88° 02' 35" East 43.73 feet from a granite
monument set near the Northerly side of Grand Avenue Extension; said
monument being designated as "LT" on Map of Survey of a portion of the
Burl Burl Rancho for P.E. Iler, filed March loth 1891 in Book "E" of
Maps at page 79; running thence from said point of beginning North 15°
33' East 143.57 feet; thence North 70° 33' East 46.67 feet; thence South
15° 33' West 152.52 feet to thelNortherly line of Grand Avenue Extension;
thence Westerly along said. line on a curve to the right having a radius
of 330 feet, a distance of 42.24 feet, the chord of which curve bears
South 80°~34' West 42.20 feet to the.point of beginning. Being sometime
known as Lot 7 of the unrecorded Map of Grand Avenue Extension Subdivision
No. 2.

EXHIBIT B TO RESOLUTION 65-74
TERMS, CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS
1. Terms and Conditions'
A. The grant deed is accepted pursuant to the Offer To Sell Real
Property for Parcel J-2521~ dated January 30, 1974, and accepted by
Edward G. Alario, City 14anager of the Ci':y of South San Francisco,.
on February 4, 1974, as authoriZed by Resolution No. 25-74 passed
February 4, 1974.
T~e City declares that said option was taken and said parcel is
being acquired by the City under the City's F~ower of condemnation
of private property for a public ileed by involunL, ary conversion
in lieu of a court judgment.
C. Additional terms and conditions as set .forth in the escrow
instructions.
2. Exceptions'
City will accept a grant deed to said parcel with status of title being
free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, restrictions, easements, assess-
ments, delinquent taxes, rights of possession, claims to rigi,~s of pos-
session and leasehold interest whether same be recorded or unrecorded,
except
A. Real property taxes which shall be prorated in accordance with
Section 49~b of the Revenue and Taxation Code and as further set
forth in the escrow instructions, and
~1. Exception 2 of the Security Title Insurance Company. Litigation
Guarantee No. J-25215 dated October 19, 1973, at 7:30 a.m.
