CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE AND
EXECUTION OF MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
FOR COMPUTER SYSTEM - JOINT SEWAGE
DISPOSAL PLANT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the City Manager be and he is
hereby authorized to:
1. Negotiate a purchase for a computer system to
service the Joint Sewage Disposal Plant;
2. Execute a maintenance agreement for the maintenance
of said equipment;
3. Provide for a budget transfer from the unappropriated
reserve in the amount of $69,195.00 to Account No. ~0-4504-550-1~.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a reg,J~r
meeting held on the Ist day of April ,1974,
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Richard A. Battaglia, F. Frank Mammini, Tern J. Mirri,
