CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH .SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR BASEBALL BACKSTOPS AT SOUTHWOOD
AND PARKWAY RECREATION CENTERS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that'
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and pub-
lished notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and
declared on the 12th day of April , 19 74 for:
BASEBALL BACKSTOPS AT SOUTHWOOD AND
PARKWAY RECREATION CENTERS
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and
hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible bidder,
Anchor Post Products,
for the bid price of $20,660.00 ·
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby author-
ized to make and enter into'a written contract with said suc-
cessful bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby
directed to attest his signature and ~affix thereto the cor-
porate .seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a
meeting held on the 15th day of
