A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF INDENTURE OF LEASE WITH EMILE
PRICE AND HELEN PRICE -- 409 GRAND
AVENUE,SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of

South San Francisco that the City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to execute the Indenture of Lease between Emile
Price and Helen Price, and the City of South San Francisco,
a municipal corporation, for the premises known as 409 Grand
Avenue, South San Francisco, California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
