A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR PAINT STRIPER
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous, authorization and pub-
lished notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and
declared on the 5th day of April , 19 74 for:
PAINT STRIBER
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and
hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible bidder,
Western I raction Co.
for the bid price of
$17,159.60
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby author-
ized to make and enter into a written contract with said suc-
cessful bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby
directed to attest his signature and affix thereto 'the cor-
porate seal of the City.

regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
