CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
FROM SUN CHEMICAL CORPORATION
(LINDEN AVENUE BRIDGE PROJECT.)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The grant deed from Sun Chemical Corporation to
the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation,
dated April 1, 1974, conveying to City 0.055 acre~ parcel
described in Exhibit A attached hereto and by this reference
incorporated herein as if set forth verbatim, is hereby
accepted.
2. The City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to
record or cause recordation thereof in the official records
of the County of San Mateo.

BEING a portion of that certain parcel of land conveyed to Sun
Chemical Corporation, a corporation, by Corporation Grant Deed
recorded February 13, 1952, in Volume ~199, page ltl, Official
Records of San Mateo County, California, and being more parti-
cularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of said parcel of land
conveyed to Sun.Chemical Corporation; thence North 74° 27' 18"
West along the southwesterly boundary of said lands conveyed
to Sun Chemical Corporation, 133o83 feet to a point of cusp;
thence from a tangent that bears South 74° 27' 18" East along
the arc of a curve to the left, having a radius of 61.00 feet
and a central angle of 16° 35' 07", an arc distance of 17.66
feet; thence tangent to the preceding curve North 88° 57' 36"
East 102.83 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve; thence
along the arc of said tangent curve to the left, having a
radius of 25.00 feet and a central angle of 73 24' 54", an ·
arc distance of 32.03 feet to a point of cusp, said point of
cusp being a point on the 'southeasterly boundary of said lands
conveyed to Sun Chemical Corporation; thence tangent to the
preceding curve South 15° 32' 42" West along said southeasterly
boundary 55.85 feet to the Point of Beginning and containing
0.055 acres, more or less.
