CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING SUPERIN-
TENDENT OF STREETS OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCI'SCO FOR THE PUR-
POSE OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT PROCEEDINGS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the City Engineer be, and he is hereby
appointed Superintendent of Streets of the C'ity of South San
Francisco for the limited purpose of performing all duties'
provided by law to be performed by the Superintendent of
Streets in special assessment proceedings undertaken by said
City insofar as such duties are not otherwise expressly dele-
gated in such proceedings.
